Purpose of this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy is designed to provide you information on how Advanced Energy Industries, Inc., including its subsidiaries and affiliates (“Advanced Energy” or “we”), collects and processes your personal information (defined below) when you visit Advanced Energy websites or other sites displaying this Privacy Policy (our “Services”), including any data you may provide when you participate in the Services.  Advanced Energy Industries, Inc. is the controller for your personal information.   This Privacy Policy addresses our information practices with respect to anyone who visits our Services (“Visitors”), as well as licensed users who create a password-protected account with (“Licensed Users”).

Advanced Energy is committed to protecting your privacy in a variety of ways including using industry-accepted security measures to protect against loss, misuse and alteration of data contained in our systems.  This Privacy Policy is designed to describe how we secure and maintain our customers’ and visitors’ personal information when collected on the Services. 

Advanced Energy does not publish text, images, or multimedia content that portray nudity, foul language, violence, or other information not suitable for children.  Websites maintained by Advanced Energy are not directed to children under the age of 16.  Advanced Energy will not and does not knowingly collect or maintain personal information from or about anyone under 16.  Advanced Energy is committed to complying with privacy laws to which it is subject and adhering to industry standards for privacy.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to information collected or obtained by any third party, including through any application or content that may link to or be accessible from or on the Services.  This Privacy Policy is integrated into our Website Terms of Use, which is also available on our Services.  If there are any inconsistencies between our Privacy Policy and the Website Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy controls.
